Cloud computing is the delivery of different services through the Internet, including data storage, servers, databases, networking and software. The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to a system of interrelated, internet-connected objects that are able to collect and transfer data over a wireless network without human intervention. Mr. Sanoj , Senior Software Architect, associated with G-health care, gave a presentation on cloud Computing concepts and IOT. Our students got an insight on components of cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS & IaaS), usage of Amazon servers, types of clouds (public, private, hybrid) and applications of IoT in the real world.
